WORLD RECORD NIGHT

The world record night was just simply sureal but amazing, we potentially broke 5/5 records these are yet to be varified by Guiness. It normally takes 6 weeks but I know they are mad busy so it could be a lot longer to see if the new records are accepted. Watch this space....

At the Manna House, Irwell street in Bury.

ALT '07

We have been running the Alton Towers weekend for the last 6 years; ALT ’07 mixes games, theme park & huge gig. (age 11+)

On the Friday night after Reality (The Manna House, Irwell street ) we will feed the young people then go into an evening of games, after the games we will try to calm things down with a film then into separate sex sleeping areas. Saturday sees us getting up for breakfast, then onto the coach to Alton Towers (Freebird travel).

Once at the park we will get them together and give out specially prepared cards with the leaders numbers on just in case they need to get hold of any leader whilst in the park as well as giving them their packed lunch.

They will need some cash in order to get their own tea once in the park, we will meet up at a pre determined spot at around 5:45pm then go onto the monorail to the gig, Access to the gig is by wristband only so it’s very secure and safe. We will then get together after the gig to get on the coach and back to Bury arriving at around 12 midnight. Once on the coach coming back if requested we can ensure that the young people ring you to give you an accurate return time (however it is midnight til 12:30am).

These two amazing blokes are my hero's of yester year, if you don't know they are the old fella Sir Matt Busby & the younger one Bryan Robson.

Yester year was a few years ago, I think these two are totally amazing blokes, however the Hero of all Hero's is a bloke who gave up His life so that we can have the best possible life now as well as eternal life living it up in heaven, If you want to ask about my Hero then email me steve@bury.org.uk

PUREnergy:
Is still the last Sunday of the month, we will meet to encounter God, by worshiping, praying and hearing a short word (talk)

PUREdistortion:
There will now be 2 PUREdistortions the original still at Bury and a new one in Ramsbottom @ Ramsbottom Pentecostal Church

Fuel:
This is a brand new event that happens 5 times a year, drawing together young people from the Salt & Light churches in the North West of England and North Wales. We will get together for a time of socialising (getting to know each other more) a time of full on worship to God and a time to hear a relevant word from God via someone talking.

HELLO: What is BCF youth?
BCFYouth is the youth group of Bury Christian Fellowship and one of the best places you could possibly be. Think about being around people who look out for you, accept you as you are, include you, encourage you and help you.

WHAT GOES ON?:

BCF YOUTH HOUSEGROUP: 7:30pm – 9:15pm
Every Thursday looking at all aspects of daily life, worshipping God, getting to know Him better and looking at how the bible can help in real life. Social nights - games, bowling, laser quest etc. and cell groups lads in one group, girls in another.

REALITY: Mon & Fri: 4-6:30pm. You will probably know
about Reality. It’s just a great place to get to know people as well as
getting to know the leaders who lead a lot of the youth stuff.

PUREenergy Sunday 8:00 – 10:00pm (Last Sunday of month 7-9pm)
PUREenergy looks to draw together young Christians from around the borough of Bury together for teaching and worship.

PUREdistortion: Saturday 7:30 – 10:00pm
The first Saturday of every month, a great night of music,
games, food. A great place to get to know people.

BURY CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP: Sun 10:30am–12:30pm
This is the main Sunday am more traditional-ish type of service,
this is a great place to see what the fellowship is all about.
